How to Spend your points

Loyalty pobits can be redeemed on all full priced purchases over $100 made in store or online. Only one loyalty reward voucher is redeemable per transaction.

 Discounts cannot be redeemed:

• On items already discounted from the original RRR
• On the purchase from which the points were generated
• On an order after the order has been placed
• In conjunction with any other offer or voucher

How to check your balance or redeem your voucher 

Online - Log in to your online account, then click on the 'Check Rewards' button located at the bottom of the screen.

In store - Ask a member of staff to check your points for you, providing your full name & email address 

To use rewards online or in store once you have unlocked your rewards

In store - Ask a Team member to accrue or apply your rewards at the check out

Online - A special  code will be emailed to you, that can be applied on the payment page during checkout 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cre8iveworx loyalty rewards may only be used in store or online. Cre8iveworx reserves the right to modify or cancel rewards at any time.

Cre8iveworx loyalty reward vouchers can only be redeemed once. If you redeem your Cre8iveworx loyalty reward voucher online or in store & return any of the items purchased with the rewards voucher, the voucher discount may be subtracted from the return credit.

The terms of Cre8iveworx rewards may be varied from time to time at the absolute sole discretion of Cre8iveworx management. Changes will be notified to all account holders by way of the valid and active email address associated with the account. We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time without notice and without giving a reason for doing so. We will not provide any consideration for loyalty rewards you've earned but not redeemed, at the time of termination.
