Within New Zealand
All deliveries within New Zealand are sent signature required via fastway couriers. (Unfortunately fastway couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers)
Once your tracking number is supplied, you can use this at any time to see where your parcel is located.
All orders under $199 there is a flat rate of $10 Courier/ Rural $12 Courier

Australia
Deliveries to Australia are sent by a signature required service with NZ Post (this service allows you to track your parcel at anytime)
Allow 2 weeks for your parcel to arrive. Australian custom clearance is currently taking 3-7 working days.
All orders there is a flat rate of $39 Tracked
International (Beyond Australia)
We have received significant price increase for international postage due to Covid & Inflation, we have therefore suspended International Shipping at this time.

All orders will be processed as soon as payment is received. We aim to get your purchase packed and ready to be sent within 48 hours of receiving payment. If you have ordered on a weekend or a public holiday it will be processed within 48 hours of the first working day.
